What items are returnable?
To be eligible for a return, the items must satisfy the following conditions:

The items are in an unused and resalable state.
The items are accompanied by the original packaging and all tags remain intact.

Follow the provided instructions and select the specific items you want to return.
Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your return request to be reviewed and approved.
Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email containing shipping details and further instructions.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria. After verification, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your original payment method.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?
If your order meets our return requirements, PandaEar will take care of the shipping cost for returning the items. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email containing a return label. Follow these steps to ship your product back to us:
1. Print the return label attached to the email.
2. Package the items securely, ensuring they are in their original condition and include any necessary accessories or tags.
3. Affix the return label to the outside of the package, covering any previous shipping labels.
4. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier or schedule a pickup, depending on the instructions provided in the email.
Please note that it's important to ship the items back within the specified timeframe mentioned in the return instructions to ensure a smooth return process.
Can items be exchanged?
We apologize for any inconvenience, but we do not currently support product exchanges. However, you can still proceed with the return process in order to receive a refund for your item. Once the return is approved and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If you wish to exchange the item for a different product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order for the desired item separately.
Can I exchange or return items gifted to me?
We apologize for the confusion. For gifted products, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to return a gifted item, please reach out to our support team at customer service@mushie. They will be happy to assist you further with the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
